1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Flowerfields website and services, including but not limited to the sale of gift floral bouquets, wedding flowers, funeral flowers, floral subscriptions, and workshops.
1.2 By purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 We comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Orders can be placed via our website, phone, DM on social media or in person. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, or bank transfer
3. Delivery and Collection
3.1 We offer delivery within a 15 mile radius from SA19 9ST. Delivery charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.
3.2 We aim to deliver on the agreed date, but we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will leave in a safe place (please give details at time of order), redeliver at an additional cost, or collection from Flowerfields.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
4.1 Gift Floral Bouquets and Funeral Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.

Refunds or replacements will be offered if flowers arrive damaged or incorrect.

Photos may be required as proof of damage.
4.2 Wedding Flowers

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.

Final payment is due 6 weeks before the wedding date via bank transfer.

Cancellations made within 5 weeks of the wedding date will be non-refundable.
4.3 Floral Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 2 weeks notice.

If an issue arises with the quality of flowers, we must be notified within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Subscriptions are delivered to the one subscriber at sign up, they cannot be changed for the duration of the subscription.
4.4 Workshops

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the workshop date for a full refund.

Workshop places must be paid for at the time of booking.

Places will not be held without payment in full.

If we cancel a workshop, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
4.5 Gift Vouchers

Flowerfields gift vouchers can be used to purchase goods over the telephone, web or face to face from Flowerfields.

They may not be exchanged for cash.

If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be lost.

When redeeming gift vouchers you will be required to give the number of the voucher.
5. Product Substitutions
5.1 Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value, ensuring the design remains as close as possible to the original.

6. Liability
6.1 We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to flowers. Customers should inform us of any known allergies when ordering.
6.2 We do not accept responsibility for damage to flowers due to incorrect handling, storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures once delivered or collected.
6.3 HAZARDOUS PLANT MATERIAL WARNING
Please note that some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. In particular, your arrangement may contain foxgloves or lily of the valley, - which are poisonous and toxic if eaten, and lilies which can be extremely toxic to cats.
Please do not eat and avoid contact with children and animals. Please handle flowers with gloves and wash your hands before eating or drinking.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
